In a game 2 whole sets shorter (over 60 less rallies to take photos of) than the first volleyball game I had the chance to capture, I felt like what I got came out so much better. Shooting at f/2.8 or f/3.2 the entire match made handling other players near the subject (in frame, but not in distance), as well as the bright red of the seats much easier. I'm honestly super proud of how these came out for my second time ever capturing a volleyball game. (Since putting up the original edits of these images I have gone back through to make improvements and bring these photos up to scratch with my current stylistic choices and quality of work)
