Based in Salt Lake City, via farm country outside of Baltimore and Washington DC, Andrew is a sports and outdoors photographer working for ZUMA Press, as the content and communications intern at Pusher holds and freelance within the climbing community. He is currently pursuing a BS in Journalism and looking at grad schools to pursue teaching and research in the future.
Andrew loves to shoot in with a journalistic intent and focus on capturing the feeling of an event or a storyline while also making sure to capture images with vibrance and character of their own. He likes a bright image with snappy colors and uses contrast as a primary tool for storytelling and emotionality.
Favorite projects include the World Climbing Series Salt Lake City (2026) and his work for Pusher. Andrew's favorite journalistic collection is a difficult decision between the ICE Out protest and General Strike protest in Salt Lake City.
Andrew would like to give a special thanks to Jared Roth and Kevin Matuz at Pusher who have been both unbelievably support of his work, but also great friends and mentors as he builds his career.
